What We Check on an LPG Boiler Service
LPG burns differently to natural gas and runs at a different pressure, so the boiler has to be set up for it. A yearly service keeps it running safely and catches small problems before they turn into a breakdown.
We check the LPG supply pressure and use a flue gas analyser to make sure the boiler is burning the right mix of gas and air.
The flue is checked for blockages and leaks, case seals are inspected, and we make sure the boiler has the ventilation it needs.
Key parts are inspected and cleaned where needed, including the electrodes, fan and burner.
We test the boiler’s safety devices and make sure the condensate trap and pipe are clear, a common cause of winter breakdowns.
