Every job starts with a survey. We look at the rooms you want to cool or heat, where the indoor and outdoor units can sensibly go, and how the pipework and condensate drain will run. You then get one fixed price covering the unit, pipework, brackets, drain, the electrical connection by our electrician, and commissioning.
Installations are booked on weekdays, and we show you how to use the controls and the app before we leave.

One outdoor unit running two or more rooms. It saves wall space outside and suits homes where there’s only one good position for an outdoor unit.
Mainly the AUX commercial range, which uses Panasonic-made compressors, has Wi-Fi control built in and carries a 5-year warranty. LG, Fujitsu and MHI are available depending on stock.
We supply every system we install, so one warranty covers both the equipment and the workmanship.
Air Conditioning Repairs
If your system has stopped working properly, call 01202 668822 and tell us what it’s doing. We’ll book you in as soon as we can and explain the likely cost before any work starts. These are the faults we see most often.
Almost always a blocked or badly falling condensate drain. Switch the unit off to stop water damage until we can clear it.
Often clogged filters or dirty coils. If it’s a refrigerant leak, we find and repair the leak before recharging, rather than just topping it up.
Note the code or take a photo of the display before you call. It tells us which part of the system has a fault.
Loose mountings, a failing fan or a dirty indoor unit. Most are cured by re-fixing the unit or giving it a deep clean.
Annual Servicing
£59.99 plus VAT per indoor unit
Filters and coils cleaned, condensate drain checked, refrigerant and electrical connections checked, and the system tested in both cooling and heating. You get a service certificate afterwards.
Book a service: 01202 668822Most manufacturers need a yearly service on record to keep the warranty valid. A clean system also runs more cheaply and is far less likely to leak water or pack up in the middle of a hot spell.
Air Conditioning for Your Home
The rooms we’re asked about most are loft bedrooms that won’t cool down at night, south-facing lounges and conservatories, and home offices. Every system we fit works as an air-to-air heat pump, so the same unit warms the room in winter.
For flats, you’ll usually need the freeholder’s or managing agent’s consent before the outdoor unit goes on the wall. We can give you the unit details they’ll ask for.
Air Conditioning for Businesses
We fit, replace and service systems in offices, shops, salons, clinics and small workshops. That includes replacing older systems that have reached the end of their life. Many of our commercial customers also use us for their gas safety, plumbing and Legionella risk assessments, so one firm covers the building.
Commercial installations and servicing are charged VAT at 20%.
