What’s Included in Your Cover
Every plan includes an annual boiler service carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer — worth £69.99 on its own — plus repairs with parts and labour included, subject to a £60 excess per repair. There’s no limit on the number of call-outs.
Annual Boiler Service — A full service to manufacturer guidelines every year of your plan, with your service record issued on the day. This keeps most manufacturer warranties valid and catches small faults before they become breakdowns.
Boiler Repairs — If your boiler breaks down, loses pressure, or stops producing heat or hot water, our engineer attends, diagnoses the fault, and repairs it — parts and labour included, just the £60 excess to pay.
Central Heating (£29.99 plan) — The Boiler & Central Heating plan extends cover to your radiators, radiator valves, heating pipework, pump, motorised valves, and system controls — the whole system, not just the boiler.
How It Works
1. Call us on 01202 668822 — we’ll take your details and set up your monthly Direct Debit.
2. Initial inspection — our engineer visits to check your boiler is in working order before cover begins. If we find an existing fault, we’ll quote to put it right first.
3. You’re covered — after a 14-day no-claim period your cover is live. Book your annual service whenever suits you, and call us any time something goes wrong.

What’s Not Covered
Like all cover plans, there are some limits: pre-existing faults found at the initial inspection, damage caused by sludge or scale in systems that decline a recommended power flush, and boiler replacement where a repair is no longer economical.
